I found these great caramels at <a href="http://www.traderjoes.com/fearless-flyer/article.asp?article_id=707" target="_blank">Trader Joe's</a> and I have been going to get a container every week. You have the saltiness from the Fleur De Sel, mixed with the creaminess of the caramels and don't forget the butter. I promise you, you will never go back to eating regular caramel corn again!<br /><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"></div><b><br /></b><b>Fleur De Sel Caramel Puffed Corn</b><br /><br />Prep Time: 5 minutes<br />Cook Time: 5 minutes<br />Total Time: 10 minutes<br />Servings: 6<br /><br /><b>Ingredients:</b><br /><br />10 cups, popped, unsalted popcorn<br />20 oz. <a href="http://www.traderjoes.com/fearless-flyer/article.asp?article_id=707" target="_blank">fleur de sel caramels</a><br />1/2 container <a href="http://www.kraftrecipes.com/products/jet-puffed.aspx" target="_blank">Jet-Puffed marshmallow creme</a><br />3 tablespoons butter<br /><br /><b>Directions:</b><br /><br />Add popped popcorn to a large bowl that has been buttered with half a tablespoon of butter. <br /><br />Take another 1/2 tablespoon of butter and butter a baking sheet well and set aside.<br /><br />In a large microwave proof bowl, add 1/2 the unwrapped caramels and 2 tablespoons of remaining butter. Microgroove for about 45 seconds, stir well. Add marshmallow cream to melted caramels and stir well. <br /><br />Pour melted caramel cream over popcorn and mix well with buttered hands or a buttered spoon. Pour onto baking sheet and spread out evenly.
